DENISE ETIENNE SHACKELFORD

Denise was born in Dayton, Ohio and is the oldest of four. A graduate of Colonel White High School, Denise secured her Associates Degree in Sociology from Sinclair Community College in1981. Denise moved to Georgia in 1981 to attend Spelman College and secured her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology graduating Cum Laude in 1983. She brings with her a 28-year background of Project Management in Finance with a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company and resided in DeKalb County, GA for 36 years.
